Core Product's Sitback Rest comes in several varieties including the standard Sitback Rest, Sitback Rest with a Hot-Cold Pack, Sitback Mesh, and the Bucketseat Sitback Rest. All are a great back support cushion that simultaneously protects, corrects and treats back pain due to prolonged sitting or minor strains and sprains.

These lumbar supports protect and maintain a proper spinal curve. For the Sitback Rest cushion, Core Products uses high-quality materials, including precision-cut foam and a durable fabric cover. The Mesh Sitback provides a cool solution to back and lumbar support.

The Sitback Rest with a hot and cold pack helps ease back pain from flare-ups and day-to-day discomforts. It has a reusable pack that easily attaches via hook-and-loop closure. The hot and cold pack is coated in fabric so you can apply it directly to your skin. Heat the pack in the microwave at 30 second intervals, kneading each time, until the desired temperature is reached. You can also store it in the freezer.

Heating Instructions:

• Based on an initial pack temperature of below 75F (24C):
• Knead after each heating. Microwave ovens vary; use care when heating and removing a pack from the microwave. Overheating packs may cause them to rupture and/or leak. Carefully check each pack with the palm of your hand before applying. Discard if punctured or broken.
• Heat 30 seconds on high, knead, and then continue heating at 10 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead after each heating.
